The eternally stylish Diane von Furstenberg showed off her amazing penthouse, located in New York City's Meatpacking District, to Architectural Digest. From the looks of these sneak peeks (see a couple more shots here (click), and check out the rest in AD's March issue), DVF certainly didn't neglect her love of prints and bohemian-glamour touch.

Sounds of Sunday

One of my favorites, the dreamy Wild Nothing, are finally following up their 2010 album Gemini with a new single, Nowhere. Their signature ethereal '80s dreampop sound is tweaked a bit on this new single, sounding more jangly and upbeat. Also on the single is the slightly darker "Wait," which I can't stop playing while I enjoy my Sunday.

The Canadian World Wildlife Fund created this video in honor of National Sweater Day, encouraging everyone to pull out their warmest sweaters on February 9 and lower their thermostat to aid in slowing climate change. You can even sign up to have a real Granny call you to remind you to put on your sweater - yes, really.

"Dougou Badia" by Amadou & Mariam

Malian duo Amadou & Mariam have just released a new single, "Dougou Badia" with Santigold, off their new album set to be released next month. Their style is a mash-up of western rock influences and Afropop, and new sounds and influences have emerged with each of their albums throughout their career. On the upcoming "Folila" are many other great appearances besides Santigold, including Theophilus London, TV On the Radio, and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Listen above and read more at AltSounds.

Luminarie De Cagna's LED Cathedral

Made of 55,000 LED lights, this amazingly bright cathedral is on display at the Light Festival Ghent, in Belgium. Created by the Italian family business Luminarie De Cagna, this work of art doesn't use as much energy as you may think, only consuming 20Kwatt/h.
